Director's Profile: Helen Ballard MA (Oxon) MSc PGCE C.Psychol
Helen Ballard has over 25 years' experience of team development and change management, working with organisations from the international to the local. She trained at the Universities of Oxford, Exeter and Sheffield and has held senior positions in the Civil Service and in FTSE companies such as Hewlett Packard. She is a Chartered Business Psychologist and a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists.Helen has lectured internationally and is currently a lecturer for the OU and a visiting lecturer at Sheffield University. She founded The Development Practice in 2007 and works with a team of associates, selected according to the needs of each customer, to deliver measurable results for her clients.
